I have been teaching and directing the dance program at Renaissance since 2016. As a lifelong dancer and artist, Renaissance makes me feel right at home! I love sharing my passion for the arts with our students and community. I have dedicated most of my career to dance education and, in addition to Rhsa, I have held a variety of teaching positions at California State University Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, Santa Ana College and a fine arts middle school in Tucson, Arizona. I received my MFA in dance from CSU Long Beach and my BFA in dance education from Arizona State University. In addition to working at Renaissance, I am currently on faculty at CSU Long Beach as an adjunct professor for their graduate dance program and I continue to perform and produce multidisciplinary performance art around LA county. As you can see, dance is my life! I feel so fortunate to be able to spend my days doing what I love with such a strong community of artists at Renaissance.

Our dance department is lucky to have a faculty of six choreographers and instructors. We teach, dance, and laugh together every day. I don't know what I would do without these amazing colleagues and fellow artists.

I started dancing when I was two and have never stopped!
